Deep frozen product, ingredients:

  • Dough 50%: wheat flour, drinking water, eggs 4.3%, salt, sunflower oil
  • Filling 50%: pre-cooked turkey meat 87%, fried onion, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, grinded black pepper

Cooking is easy and similar to cooking pasta. Get a pot (large enough), bring the water to a boil, then throw the pelmeni or vareniky inside and let them cook for about 8 minutes (each filling is a bit different – see instructions on a label)
