Deep frozen product, ingredients:
Dough 50%: wheat flour, drinking water, eggs 4.3%, salt, sunflower oil
Filling 50%: minced beef meat 84%, onion, water, salt, grinded black pepper.
Cooking is easy and similar to cooking pasta. Get a pot (large enough), bring the water to a boil, then throw the pelmeni or vareniky inside and let them cook for about 8 minutes (each filling is a bit different – see instructions on a label)
