Deep frozen product, ingredients:

Dough 50%: wheat flour, drinking water, salt, sunflower oil
Filling 50%: sauerkraut 75%, fried carrot 12%, fried onion 12%, sunflower oil, salt, grinded black pepper.
VEGAN option (without eggs)

Cooking is easy and similar to cooking pasta. Get a pot (large enough), bring the water to a boil, then throw the pelmeni or vareniky inside and let them cook for about 8 minutes (each filling is a bit different – see instructions on a label)
