MANTI – CLASSIC MEAT DUMPLINGS 500g

Deep frozen product, ingredients:

• Dough 35%: wheat flour, drinking water, salt, sunflower oil
• Filling 65%: minced beef 38%, minced turkey 17%, minced pork 17%, onion, water, salt, grinded black pepper.

Instructions: Lightly wipe the steam cooker with vegetable oil and put frozen dumplings in it. Let it steam for 40-45 min. Remove them, flavour it with a piece of butter. Serve warm with sour cream and chopped parsley.
