SWEET VARENIKY – Quark & Mango

Deep frozen product, ingredients:

• Dough 49%: wheat flour, drinking water, eggs 4.3%, salt, sunflower oil
• Filling 51%: Quark/Curd 50%, Mango 35%, sugar, corn starch, salt.

Cooking is easy and similar to cooking pasta. Get a pot (large enough), bring the water to a boil, then throw the pelmeni or vareniky inside and let them cook for about 8 minutes (each filling is a bit different – see instructions on a label)
